Order processing before shipping
All Child Art Print products are made to order.
Before shipping, we need time to prepare, produce, and pack your order.
Our normal processing times before dispatch are:
- Posters and collages: 1–2 business days
- Books: 2–3 business days
During busy periods, holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take longer.
Please note that processing time takes place before shipping.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated shipping times from dispatch, not from the date the order was placed, unless clearly stated otherwise.
This means the total time from order placement to delivery usually consists of:
- processing time before shipping
- shipping transit time after dispatch
The most accurate delivery estimate for your order is the one shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Free delivery
We offer free standard delivery on orders above €80 or the equivalent amount in DKK or SEK.
If your order does not qualify for free delivery, the shipping cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Express delivery
Where available, you may choose express delivery for an additional fee at checkout.
Express delivery shortens the shipping transit time only. It does not shorten processing time before dispatch.
Shipping destinations
We ship across European Union.
Available shipping methods, transit times, and shipping prices may vary depending on destination.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- peak periods or holidays
- courier disruptions
- customs processing
- weather events
- incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- events outside our reasonable control

Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply.
